Elli Kyritsi

Clinical Director

Elli Kyritsi is a registered nurse and healthcare professional with more than 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the healthcare sector. She graduated from the Department of Nursing of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Lamia in 2004 and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health Unit Management from the International Hellenic University.

She began her professional career at IASO General Hospital, where she served from 2004 to 2008. Since 2008, she has been a member of the Olympic Village Polyclinic, developing extensive expertise in clinical care, healthcare operations, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Since 2014, she has been actively involved in the Mobile Medical Units Program, where she currently serves as Clinical Project Coordinator. Through this role, she oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of medical missions in remote, island, and underserved areas across Greece, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to communities with limited access to medical care.

Driven by a strong commitment to volunteerism and social responsibility, she has dedicated a significant part of her career to supporting healthcare initiatives in isolated regions of the country. Her work reflects a deep belief in equal access to healthcare and the value of serving vulnerable and geographically disadvantaged populations.

Since 2016, she has also contributed to the clinical coordination of ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) courses, supporting the education and training of healthcare professionals in trauma care.

Ms. Kyritsi holds certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses) and regularly participates in advanced surgical skills workshops on fresh frozen cadavers. She is also a member of medical support teams providing healthcare coverage for athletic events and road races throughout Greece.

Her leadership, clinical expertise, commitment to continuous education, and passion for healthcare outreach have established her as a dedicated professional in the fields of clinical operations, medical education, and community healthcare
